September 22 is a special day in our house. It is our "sort of kind of" anniversary as we like to call it! Josh and I were married in Killen Texas on December 9, 2006. We then had a "BIG" wedding ceremony to share with all of our family and friends. I like to think I am a lucky girl, getting to celebrate two wedding anniversarys. I may also be the only crazy person who married the same guy twice! I am so lucky to have Josh in my life. Emily and I are lucky girls to have such a wonderful man in our lives. My life changed when I met Josh, and I will never be able to let him know just how much I appriciate him and everything he has done for me. I never dreamed life could be this good. I thank God every day for such a wonderful man to share my life with. Happy "sort of kind of" anniversary baby! I love you!

Our new Kitten
This is the funniest thing Emily has ever done! I feel sorry for the poor cat. I almost didn't post it, I swear if it were on YouTube the animal rights people might come after me! We are trying to teach her that you have to be nice to kitty and puuppy, but our dog Pudge just lets her waller all over him. Our cat Cagney lets her "pet" her, which means she pulls her hair endlessly! Since this, I have made sure to keep poor Orschlen away from her. He really didn't seem to mind though! I hope you get as good a laugh as we did!

The Girls did awesome helping build the bonfire
We had my nieces stay the night Sunday before Labor Day since they didn't have school on Monday. They were excited to help Josh build a bonfire so we could make smore's. It rained that afternoon, but thankfully dried out enough that we could still go out and have the bonfire. They were such big helpers. Emily loved it! She loves to be outside. She watched Josh and the girls do everything to get the fire ready. After we had dinner we went out to make the smore's. Sam and Sarah came over for the yummy snaks too. Sarah can't turn down chocolate. Kaitlyn and Kamryn LOVE when Sam and Sarah come over. We had to end the festivites a tad early because it started sprinkling, but we had a really good time!

Labor Day weekend Josh and I set out for Indianapolis for the NHRA Nationals. We go every year with my Dad, Aunt, Uncle, and Cousin. Mom doesn't go, so she kept Emily. The night before we left, I realized it was going to be the first time I had left Emily ovrenight while I was actually out of town. I started to spaz a little! We ended up having a really good time, and I only called home twice! Emily had a blast with Grandma, sharing chocolate shakes from McDonalds while Mommy and Daddy had fun watching the races. Ican't wait until she is old enough to go with us! I have posted a few pictures even though they aren't of Emily!

Mommy and Emily Day!
So I should be folding laundry, and fixing the vacum cleaner but instead I have been laying on the floor playing with my girl. She was just so precious this morning that I couldn't stand letting her play by herself to do the housework...I am sure Josh will be upset that the laundry isn't folded, but there is always tomorrow!
Another LONG Update...like all summer!
I have been horrible about updating since July. Lots happened and of course I took pictures...Enjoy!
